Where budgets often fall down is with ownership and monitoring once they are put in place.

This briefing will enable you to understand how to put together a meaningful budget, how to ensure that budget holders take responsibility for managing the budget and how to use budgets to effectively monitor the resulting performance throughout the budget year.
