Play - Participation and Recreation Project (PaRP!)

The North West Leicestershire CVS Outreach Team provides a wide range of play opportunities during term time, to children and young people aged 5 to 13 years, living in rural areas . In addition, we also provide a programme of summer holiday activities based at various village halls, school sites and parish recreation grounds.
The 'Big Blue Bus' operates to a weekly time table, providing early learning through play for families with children, primarily birth to 5 years. The new Oaktree Play & Resource Centre includes the Toy Library which is based at the Marlene Reid Centre and has a large range of toys and games which are available for hire and suitable for children and young people.
