New NWLCVS Play & Resource Centre
The Participation and Recreation Project (PaRP!) team have recently opened the Oak Tree Play & Resource Centre which includes the new NWLCVS Toy Library providing an accessible and inclusive service, offering up to date information, training, resources and the loan of toys, books and equipment to all areas of the community, thus enabling networking of children, parents, childcare providers and specialist services.
Catalogues are available displaying the large range of toys, books and equipment, which are suitable for children of all ages, with additional literature for parents, carers and professionals.
The Toy Library has large stocks, which are available on loan basis to families, professionals and organisations.
Access is via membership to the Resource Centre which is renewable annually and entitles members to borrow up to 6 toys or games for up to 4 weeks Free of Charge.
